Data deletion

You can ask us to delete your personal data at any time.
Shop customers
- Open any shop on Arraay and go to My orders (log in with your mobile number or email).
- Choose Your data → Delete my account and confirm with the code we send you.
- Your account is deleted after 7 days (you can cancel during that time). If an order is still open, deletion waits until it is complete.
You can also download your data from the same place first.
Sellers
Write to support@arraay.com from your login email. We confirm your identity, then delete your account and personal data. Tax invoices are kept as the GST law requires.
Data from Instagram and WhatsApp
If a seller connected Instagram or WhatsApp, Arraay stores only what is needed to answer customers (for example a comment or message with a product code, and the reply sent). A seller can disconnect at any time from the panel, which stops new data and removes the access token. To have messages or comments about you deleted, follow the steps above or email support@arraay.com with your Instagram username or WhatsApp number. We delete them within 30 days and confirm by email.
