What do I pay to start?
The price of the plan you choose, shown above. You can pay monthly or yearly where both are offered.
When is the platform fee charged?
Only on orders you receive. For online payments through the platform it is kept from the payment; for cash on delivery, UPI to your own ID or your own gateway, it is added up in a monthly statement you pay online.
Are there payment gateway charges?
Yes. Razorpay, Cashfree, PhonePe and PayU charge for card, UPI and net banking payments. Those charges are set by the payment partner, not by us.
Is there a setup fee?
No. You set up your shop yourself from your phone or laptop.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. An upgrade starts straight away and the unused days of your current plan are credited. A downgrade starts when your current period ends.
Do you make GST invoices for what I pay?
Yes. Every plan payment and fee statement comes with a GST invoice for your records.
