Arraay is operated by Billiton Services Private Limited (CIN U51909KA2016PTC097521, GSTIN 29AAGCB9340M1Z5). By creating a shop or using Arraay, you agree to these terms. If you use Arraay for a business, you confirm you can accept them for that business.
What Arraay is
Arraay gives sellers tools to sell online: a shop page, checkout, orders, payments, invoices, delivery tools and messaging. Each shop is run by an independent seller. Billiton Services Private Limited is not the seller of any product in a shop and does not own, check or store those products.
Your account
- You must be 18 or older and give true details (name, mobile, email, business details).
- Keep your login safe. You are responsible for what happens in your account, including actions of team members you add.
- Tell us at support@arraay.com if you think someone else used your account.
Plans and fees
- Plan prices, platform fees and included features are shown on the Pricing page and in your panel. Prices include GST unless stated.
- The platform fee is charged on orders as shown on your plan. Charges of payment partners for online payments may apply as shown on your plan; we tell you before any change.
- Plan payments are for the period you choose. See Refunds & cancellations.
- We may change prices or features with at least 15 days' notice by email or in your panel. Changes apply from your next billing period.
Seller responsibilities
As a seller you are responsible for your shop and everything you sell, including:
- accurate product details, prices, photos and stock, and the products' quality and safety;
- following the law, including the Consumer Protection Act 2019 and E-Commerce Rules, GST, Legal Metrology (packaged goods), FSSAI for food, and any licence your products need;
- your own return, refund and delivery policies, delivering on time and handling your customers' complaints;
- showing your business details and policies to customers as the law requires;
- the content you post, including product photos you have the right to use.
You must not use Arraay to sell anything illegal, counterfeit, stolen, dangerous or adult, to mislead or cheat customers, to send spam, or to harm the service or other users. We may remove content or pause a shop that breaks these terms or the law, and we act on valid orders from authorities.
Payments to sellers
On plans that collect payments through Arraay's payment account, your share is paid out by our payment partner on its schedule, after the platform fee and payment charges. On plans where you connect your own payment gateway, payments go directly to you under your agreement with that gateway. We are not a bank and do not hold customer money ourselves.
Customers of shops
Customers buy from the seller, under the seller's prices and policies. Arraay provides the shop and checkout. Questions about a product, delivery, return or refund go to the seller first. We help where we can through Grievance redressal.
Third-party services
Some features use other companies' services (payments, WhatsApp, Instagram, delivery). Their own terms apply to that use, and we are not responsible for their outages or decisions.
Suspension and closing
You may close your shop at any time. We may suspend or close a shop for unpaid fees, breaking these terms, a legal order, or a risk to customers or the service, with notice where reasonable. You can download your data before closing.
Liability
We work hard to keep Arraay available and correct, but we provide it "as is". To the extent the law allows, Billiton Services Private Limited is not liable for indirect losses (such as lost profits or sales), and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before it. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please write to us first; most issues are solved by email. Disputes are subject to the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka.
