Comment and DM codes
Every comment gets an answer.
Each product has a short code made from your shop name, like AJ12. Customers comment it on your post, or send it in a DM, and the buy link reaches them privately.
- Codes or keywords. Link a post to a product and a keyword like “price” also works.
- Private reply. The buy link goes to the customer’s messages, once per comment.
- Public reply, if you like. An optional short reply under the comment, so others see it’s been answered.
- Other DMs stay yours. Only messages with a code get an automatic reply.
Live selling
First comment wins. Held while they pay.
Start a Live session in your panel and choose the pieces you’ll show. Claims are decided by the order of comments.
- 15-minute hold. The first comment with a code gets a payment link and the piece is kept aside for them.
- Next in line. If they don’t pay in time and you’re still live, the piece is offered to the next person.
- Variants by code. For sizes or colours, customers comment the full code, like AJ12-2.
- One clear list. You see every claim and every payment while you talk.

Questions about Instagram selling
Which Instagram account do I need?
An Instagram professional account (business or creator). You connect it with Instagram’s own login, on plans that include Instagram selling.
Do customers need to follow me to get the link?
No. The link is sent as a private reply to their comment, or in reply to their DM.
Will it reply to every comment?
Only to comments and DMs with a product code, or a keyword on a post you linked to a product. Each comment gets one reply. Other messages are left for you.
How do Live sales work?
Start a Live session in your panel and pick the pieces. The first comment with a code gets a payment link and the piece is held for 15 minutes. If they don’t pay and you’re still live, it’s offered to the next person.
Can I post to Instagram from the shop?
Yes. Choose the product photos, edit the caption and post now or schedule it. Reels are not supported yet.
